Open the PDF file with the template and fill out the form.

Choose "tools" at the top, open "Print production".

Choose "Preflight" and continue.

Choose  "Flatten annotations and form fields" - choose "Analyze and fix".

Save the file as "MBG Focus Talk + name of speaker

How to announce the talk

You can send around the invitation to the MBG Focus Talk yourself via e-mail (also applies to Mac-users) to all staff and students at MBG, by copying the following e-mail addresses in the To-field: #MBG NY <ny.mbg@list.au.dk>; #MBG Studerende <aah.fp.stu.mbg@list.au.dk>.

If you would like to send it to a specific personnel group, you can see which e-mail lists exist.
