</description><content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Nutrition strategies of the parasitic plant dodder</strong></p><p>Prof. Stadlers talk will focus on nutrient acquisition by the parasitic plant Cuscuta reflexa (dodder), which infects a wide range of host plants through specialized structures called haustoria.
