Adriana-Michelle Wolf Pérez: In silico and in vitro biophysical screening methods for proteins

PhD defence, Monday, 14 January 2019. Adriana-Michelle Wolf Pérez.

Adriana-Michelle Wolf Pérez

Adriana-Michelle Wolf Pérez’s research focuses on the development and validation of innovative technologies for the rational design of protein therapeutics. In collaboration with the University of Cambridge, ETH Zurich, Aarhus University and Novo Nordisk, she developed and applied several methods to generate novel opportunities to streamline and guide the development of therapeutic antibodies.

The outcomes of her studies demonstrate that computational methods are powerful time- and cost-effective tools to facilitate and accelerate the selection of developable protein therapeutics.

The PhD degree was completed at the Interdisciplinary Nanoscience Center (iNANO), Science and Technology, Aarhus University.
