Get help to book your travel

AU has changed travel agent from 1 May 2012 from Via Travel to Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT)

Your travel profile has been created with CWT, but you MUST activate it, before you can book a trip!

AU is currently sending an e-mail to all those registered with ViaTravel with a link and password. Please check that your name is correct, i.e. that it is identical to the one in your passport. If it is not correct, you need to correct the name in your travel profile.

If you are not registered and wish to be so, see how to be registered.

All staff at MBG can now get help with booking of travel, hotels etc.

When booking air travel you can either:

1) contact MBG's secretary Karin.Smedegaard@agrsci.dk, tel. (871) 58032 (for MBG staff in Aarhus and Foulum) or sonja.graugaard@agrsci.dk, tel. (871) 58185 (for MBG staff in Flakkebjerg).

Karin and Sonja have more than eight years' experience booking via ViaTravel's travel portal for staff of the former DJF at Foulum/Flakkebjerg.

2) contact CWT’s travel agency directly

3) make an on-line booking

The Management at MBG has decided that employees who wish to book their own travel can only use the personal travel portal to book domestic travel as well point A to B travel in the rest of the EU.

You are not allowed to book flight tickets on the Internet other than via CWT's portal where low-cost carriers can also be found.
