Nyt AU kreditkort i forbindelse med skift af rejsebureau
From 1 May 2012 AU will change the travel bureau from VIATRAVEL to Carlton Wagon Lite (CWT) and the payment of the booking will from this date be charged on your personal AU Master Card which you afterwards have to align in AURUS!
Therefore, all employees with a minimum of 18,5 hours per week, who travel must apply for a AU credit card.

Please remember – you are not allowed to buy books, (can be ordered through me if you send title and ISBN) flight tickets from the internet (only booking through CWT) or other purchases, for which AU has an purchase contract to fulfill. This also includes Danish hotels.
You are not allowed to cash money from ATM’s in Denmark although you may cash foreign currency in e.g. Copenhagen and Billund airport who represented by Danish banks. But be aware that you might pay double fee when changing money there. Remember to keep all receipt for your travel statement in AURUS.
The credit card will be sent to your private address and the pin will be sent separately. There is no need for activation of the card.
If you want to apply for a credit-card please fill in and sign the application form. When signed return the form to me (Karin Smedegaard - Karin.Smedegaard@agrsci.dk) as a pdf-file or by internal postage and I’ll arrange for our Institute leader, Erik Østergaard Jensen to sign it. Finally, I’ll send the form to AU.
