Free conference products - Guidelines for use
During the past years, the use of conference materials (blocks, pens, keyhangers and name badges) has increased dramatically and that is good because it shows an increasing activity in the organisation of conferences, seminars, etc. at AU.
However, to ensure the continuing economy of the good services to the academic environments, we'll have to tighten up a bit on the use of the free conference items.
The conference products must ONLY be used for professional events on the main areas / departments / centers with external participants, e.g. conferences, seminars, symposia, etc..
Thus, the conference products must not be used in connection with internal teaching, internal training, staff meetings and seminars etc.
