The staff at AU have got new e-mail addresses. E-mails sent to old email addresses should have been forwarded to the new, so that hopefully no mails are lost in this process.

Administrative support from the Research Support Unit ("Forskningsstøtteenheden")
It is now possible to get an upgraded service for project management of high-profile research projects. It includes UNIK and other major national initiatives, the Danish National Research Foundation, EU projects incl. ERC, National Institutes of Health, the Strategic Research Foundation, as well as large private fund donations such as Novo, Nordea, Lundbeck and Carlsberg.
The Research Support Unit offers help to the researchers in the application phase with budgeting and advice on grant givers. In the post-award phase, the Research Support Unit provides assistance to project planning, project site, meeting planning, general administrative support, etc.

Ny state agreement for telephones
Generally, it is an agreement that has significantly lower prices than the previous agreement - in average, the prices have fallen with around 10%. Additionally, TDC has tried to make the subscriptions easier to understand and use, e.g. by a widespread use of socalled flatrate, which means that you pay a regular monthly price instead of an estimate per minute or per mb data. However, it is anticipated that part of the cost savings will be procured by the increased use of especially data traffic and external mobile traffic.
