New travel agent - Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) - from 1 May 2012
CWT offers an online ordering platform on the Internet, as we know it from the usual suppliers, but it will also be possible to call the travel agent or let for example a secretary do the ordering for you.
You need to be registered to use CWT, but all those who have been travelling or been ordering a hotel in 2011 are automatically registered.
There will be courses at the departments for expert users in the use of the systems. If you feel you need to attend this course, you are welcome to contact us.
You need not have a credit card, but if you do not have a credit card linked to your travel profile at CWT, you will not be able to book travel with low-cost airlines. You can NOT be created with your own credit card - you need an AU MasterCard.
Conference booking
We urge you to use AU MasterCard in connection with paying for conferences. In this way, the expense will be registered i AURUS and you'll be able to settle the expense with the other expenses with your trip.
Remember print of the page where the registration is confirmed. This must be attached when the credit costs are settled in AURUS.
