As a postdoc who wishes to become involved with teaching and develop your teaching skills, you may find it challenging to decode and understand the local teaching practices at MBG. For instance you may have questions regarding:

- What characterizes the educational tradition here?

- What is the relationship and approach towards students, and how do students approach their studies?

 - What does it mean to be a teacher at the department?

Additionally, there may be more practical questions.

During our course we’ll give you the opportunity for an understanding of teaching at your department and of the student population you’ll be teaching and collaborating with.
