In our international lab, we collectively work on creating an environment where we dare to ask complex questions and to find creative solutions to answer these questions. We do this by fostering open communication, exchange of success and failure, and a willingness to help each other to proceed. Besides the science, we organise regular lab dinners and bouldering afternoons, and a yearly secret Santa event.
