Purpose: The purpose is to increase your flexibility as supervisors by expanding your repertoire of supervision strategies.

Learning outcome:

After the workshop, you can:

• discuss student-centered learning
• align expectations with students early and regularly to ensure efficient collaboration
• provide constructive feedback in workplace-based learning
• apply a dialogical approach that promotes active, independent, and prepared students who drive their own projects and assignments forward

Content: The workshop focuses on supervision of Bachelor and Master students (and partly PhD-students)

Facilitator: Associate Professor, PhD Mette Krogh Christensen, CED, and Pedagogics Consultant Simon Raaby Holmgaard Poulsen also from CED.
