The MBG Mass Spectrometry Research Infrastructure offers mass spectrometry capabilities for protein identification, characterization, and quantification. Our facility, hosted by the Laboratory for Proteome Analysis and Protein Characterization, provides access to a range of high sensitivity and high resolution instruments suitable for analyzing individual proteins and conducting comprehensive proteome studies.
We encourage early engagement in your research projects to ensure compatibility and enhance the likelihood of project success. Our team is dedicated to collaborating with you from the experimental setup stage.
Our facility is accessible to all research groups at Aarhus University, as well as to external companies interested in leveraging our expertise.
If you're interested in learning more about our Research Infrastructure or have a potential project in mind, we invite you to reach out to Carsten Scavenius at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additionally, feel free to contact us for consultations on mass spectrometry methods, sample preparation, and data analysis. We're here to support and elevate your research endeavors.
